NOTICE 

1. CME shall be issued until  4th January 2018.
2. MEDICAL STUDENT SPEAKERS should email us their request for editing their Paper titles in the certificates.
3. ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE for company Guests/attendees/ Onsite-Registrants/ Online-Registrants shall be issued until 30th December 2017.
4. COMPANY GUESTS will receive their certificates from their respective companies.
5. SPEAKERS shall contact us until 30th December  2017 for any missing certificates.
6. BACK-UP SPEAKERS shall contact us with their details till 30th December 2017 for certificates and CME.
7. CERTIFICATE FOR WORKSHOPS & MINI-COURSES: attendees should email us until 30th December 2017 only.
8. VOLUNTEERS shall contact us until 22nd December 2017 for any missing certificate.
9. REFUNDS & TICKET REIMBURSEMENTS shall be done from 1st January 2018 for Speakers only who are active SORL Society members (standard refunds only)
10. Any Other Refunds request shall be entertained from 1st January 2018, please email us.
